Overview: We are seeking a hands-on, mechanically inclined Pool Service Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is focused on supporting the repair, installation, and maintenance of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems. You’ll work directly with experienced lead technicians and gain valuable skills in plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems related to residential and commercial pools.

No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead technicians with the repair, replacement, and installation of pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, valves, etc.).

• Help troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components under supervision.

• Transport and organize tools, parts, and equipment at job sites.

• Prepare work areas and clean up job sites after installations or repairs.

• Learn to use diagnostic tools and service software.

• Follow safety protocols and assist in maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and techniques through ongoing training.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Mechanically inclined with a strong interest in hands-on technical work.

• Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools.

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in outdoor conditions year-round.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

• Willingness to learn and grow into a technician role.

Skills/Abilities:
